Refund Policy
At Infinity Global Logistics LLC, we strive to provide accurate and reliable drug and DNA testing services to our clients. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is necessary. Please review our refund policy outlined below:
Refund Eligibility For Drug Test:
Full Refund Eligibility:
Upon cancellation of a 5 Panel drug test by the Client, Infinity Global Logistics LLC, will provide to the Client a refund of the total fee of the Drug Test in only the following circumstances:
Service Cancellation: If you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, or
Upon cancellation of a 5 Panel drug test by Infinity Global Logistics LLC, we will provide to the Client a refund of the total fee of the Drug Test in only the following circumstances:
Service Failure: If we fail to provide the agreed-upon drug testing service due to reasons within our control, a full refund will be issued.
Partial Refund Eligibility:
Upon cancellation of a 5 Panel Drug test by the Client, Infinity Global Logistics LLC, will provide to the Client a refund of the total fee of the drug test, minus a $50 administrative charge, in only the following circumstances:
Service Cancellation: You cancel your appointment in less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, or
Service Cancellation: Services have not been initiated at the time of cancellation, or
No Show: If you fail to appear for your scheduled appointment without prior notification.
Non-Refundable Circumstances:
In all other situations, Client is not entitled to a refund from Infinity Global Logistics LLC, including, but not limited to, instances where:
Service Cancellation: Infinity Global Logistics LLC initiated or completed the Services prior to cancellation by Client, or
Client Error: If you provide incorrect or incomplete information that results in an inability to conduct or complete the test.
Refund Eligibility For DNA Test:

Upon cancellation of a DNA test by the Client, Infinity Global Logistics LLC, will provide to the Client a refund of the total fee of the DNA test in only the following circumstances:
Service Cancellation: If you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours prior the scheduled time, or
Upon cancellation of a DNA test by Infinity Global Logistics LLC, we will provide to the Client a refund of the total fee of the Drug test in only the following circumstances:
Service Failure: If we fail to provide the agreed upon DNA test service due to reasons within our control, a full refund will be issued.
Partial Refund Eligibility:
Upon cancellation of a DNA test by the Client, Infinity Global Logistics LLC, will provide to the Client a refund of the total fee of the DNA test, minus a $75 administrative charge, in only the following circumstances:
Service Cancellation: If you cancel your appointment in less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, or
Service Cancellation: Services have not been initiated at the time of cancellation, or
No Show: If you fail to appear for your scheduled appointment without prior notification.
Non-Refundable Circumstances:

To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team at (916)821-5009 with your order number and reason for the refund request. Our team will review your request and respond promptly, typically within 1 business day. If approved, refunds will be processed using the original method of payment.
